P.O.C. Form

P.O.C (Proof of Concept) equipment will not be sent out without this form, by completing this form you are agreeing to purchase the equipment described therein. If it demonstrates the agreed P.O.C features. The P.O.C period is strictly 14 days, if your customer agrees to keep the kit after the 14 day POC period payment will become due 30 days after the date of the original POC invoice. Terms and conditions:

1. Tekdata Distribution Ltd is not liable for any carriage charges incurred on this transaction in either direction; it is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods within the allocated time period should it be agreed by Tekdata Distribution Ltd that they do not meet the agreed P.O.C features.
   


2. It is understood that all products issued on a P.O.C basis belong to Tekdata Distribution Ltd until paid for in full.
   


3. If any of the items are not returned within the stated time limit or are returned without the original packaging or with any parts or packaging missing or damaged, including manuals, associated software or any other relevant material, then an invoice will be issued for the amount indicated above with payment due 30 days from the date the goods were despatched.
   


4. A RMA (returns) number must be obtained before returning the device(s).
   


5. No media will be supplied on loan and must be purchased separately.
