Tekdata Launch Installation Assistance Packs (I.A.P)
The IAP is a telephone based service designed to assist engineers whilst installing and configuring SonicWALL solutions. This service covers all UTM Firewalls, CDP, SSL-Secure Remote Access and Email Security product sets. It has been designed to help all skill levels, from a technician who is new to SonicWALL and needs to get going, to experienced engineers that may need help with some of the more advanced configuration options SonicWALL devices have to offer. Tekdata has over 40 years of in house experience supporting and assisting resellers with SonicWALL equipment and services, when using our assistance service we are confident we can help make your SonicWALL installations a more efficient, easier and educational experience.
How does it work?
When ordering your SonicWALL appliances simply order an Installation Assistance Pack*. At the time of ordering we will take your engineers contact details, our team will then call your engineer to book the installation. At the specified time and date we then call you and help carry out the installation and configuration. * IAP can also be ordered after the purchase of SonicWALL equipment.
