1. For any NEW IDENTIKEY/IDENTIFIER User License & maintenance, ordered at list price :

• • The customer gets a free Primary Virtual DIGIPASS User License
  • The customer will only have to pay the maintenance on the Primary Virtual DIGIPASS User License at list price

2. For any NEW IDENTIKEY/IDENTIFIER User License & maintenance + purchase of Hardware DIGIPASS of choice, ordered at list price:

• • The customer gets a free Backup Virtual DIGIPASS User License
  • The customer will only have to pay the maintenance on the Backup Virtual DIGIPASS User License at list price

Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is only valid for the EMEA region
2. Valid for all purchase orders received by VASCO Order Admin before 30/06/2012 (quote validity will be respected)
3. Offer available for NEW end customers/sales ONLY
4. Minimum number of users = 50
5. The following lines must appear on the actual order:

• • IDENTIKEY version ‘X’+ IDENTIKEY version ‘X’ maintenance --> at list price
  • Virtual DIGIPASS OR Backup Virtual DIGIPASS (depending if Hardware DIGIPASS are being ordered ) --> at 0 value
