With the Tekdata Remote Support application, we can remotely control any computer it's installed to with the users consent as if we were sitting right in front of it, even through firewalls. All you need to do is start a small application, which does not even require installation or administrative rights.

Once started, provide the information given to one of our technical support staff and they will access your pc directly to configure your hardware or solve any problem you may be having.
